Our Leadership
Pastor David Lottahall
Pastor Lottahall is a native of Brooklyn New York. After relocating to Virginia, in 1986 he joined Highview Christian Fellowship Church Arlington Virginia, where he served as a minister. In 1992 He was later ordained By Bishop Thomas as assistant Pastor
Pastor Dave also provided Marriage Counseling, facilitator for New Members Classes in addition to serving as Youth Pastor, Sunday superintendent, and Outreach Leader Overseas. Pastor Dave created discipleship classes in Lorton and Fairfax Adult Detnetion Centers. in addition to New Memeber faciliter.
Pastor Dave studied at Washington Bible College and Lanham Bible Captiol Seminary.
In 2007 Pastor Dave received the call to Pastor and plant a church with three people in northern Prince William County Va.
Pastor Dave is the lead Pastor of (NBCC) New Birth Community Church at 9110 Railroad Drive, Manassas Park Va 20111
Pastor Dave has been married to the lovely Lorraine Lottahall for 44years, and shares one son William and two grandchildren.
First Lady Lottahall
First Lady Lorraine has a genuine love for people.
She is awestruck of the profound writing of the scriptures as recorded in the tex according to St. John 3:16-17 For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For God did not sen His son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be save through hm.
She believes to the utmost Jesus Saves and God is able to transfrom the lives of those who believe.
She is an encourager, teacher speaker and proclaimer of the good new of Jesus Christ.
Lorraine studied at Shepherds Theological Seminary.
One of her favorite scriptures is Psalms 34:18a (KJV)
The Lord is nigh unto them that are of broken spirit.
